The Asia-Pacific Smarter Energy Alliance (APSEA), initiated by shareholders of CT Vision, is incorporated on 26th October, 2016. It is a voluntary industrial non-profit social organization formed by enterprises, institutions, industry organizations, financial institutions, scientific research institutes and universities from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other Asia-Pacific regions. The aim of the alliance is to create a new business model and scientific closed-loop for cooperation and communication between upstream and downstream enterprises in smart energy industry, to promote the integration of resources in the international market and the expansion of projects, and to promote the development of renewable energy in the Asia-Pacific region.

China Renewable Energy Council (Wuxi) , established on May 22, 2015, is a social organization registered and filed by the civil affairs department. The Council focuses on the production and application fields of new energy such as photovoltaic, solar thermal, wind energy, air energy, biomass energy and so on, with the purpose of coordinating the government, based on the industry and serving enterprises. Taking domestic market docking and international trade promotion as the main starting point, leading enterprises to "go global", introducing various resources, promoting the sustainable development of Wuxi new energy industry, and promoting the construction of Wuxi new energy application demonstration zone.

Wuxi is a national innovation base of new energy technology, and photovoltaic industry is particularly concentrated. Based on Wuxi, China Renewable Energy Council (Wuxi) has integrated a large number of enterprises with strong strength and significant influence in the industry. As of January 2017, China Renewable Energy Council (Wuxi) has more than 150 member enterprises, basically covering the whole industrial chain of new energy product production, testing and certification, design, engineering, intelligent operation and maintenance, electric vehicles, charging piles, etc.

China Renewable Energy Council (Wuxi) organizes various business docking, exhibition meetings, training and research activities, establishes information sharing and release platforms, and actively promotes cooperation between industry, University and research.
