Dr. Lin Tat Pang (“Dr. Lin”) obtained his Doctoral of Law from Peking University in 2009, and had over 40 years of experience in accounting, finance and public offering. Dr. Lin is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, United Kingdom. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom. Dr. Lin served as a senior consultant to the Listing, Listing & Regulatory Affairs Division of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited. Dr. Lin has been an independent non-executive director of China Aluminum Cans Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange (stock code: 06898) since June 2013 and an independent non-executive director of HNA Technology Investments Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange (stock code: 02086) since December 2017.
